For nearly four decades, people have known me as the fitness guy.
I built a career helping people improve their health, build stronger bodies, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
I loved the work, but over time I realized something important. Fitness was never my purpose.
It was simply the first place my gift came to life.
Long before I became a personal trainer, my grandfather taught me a lesson that has stayed with me ever since.
He would say, "Everyone has a story. Every story should be told. Your job is to listen to those stories and put them in your book of life."
Years later, a therapist helped me see something I had never recognized in myself. He showed me that I had a natural ability to look beyond what people presented on the surface - to connect the dots, recognize patterns, and see possibilities that others often couldn't.
At the time, I had no idea how much that insight would shape my life.
Whether I was working with a fitness client, helping an entrepreneur grow a business, advising executives, or creating experiences through
Earn The View, the work was always the same.
I wasn't just helping people reach a goal.
I was helping them believe they were capable of more than they imagined.
Looking back, I can see that every chapter of my career was preparing me for the work I do today.
My gift is helping people see what they can't yet see in themselves.
My purpose is to help them believe it's possible and become the author of their own lives.
Today, I do that through writing, speaking, mentoring, and advising. Different paths. Same mission.
If there's one thing I hope people take away after spending time with me, it's not my advice.
It's a deeper belief in themselves.
Because when people feel deeply seen, they begin to believe in who they can become.
