My Why

To help people feel deeply seen so they believe in who they can become and have the courage to author their own lives.

I don't believe people are limited by a lack of information.

We live in a world where answers are everywhere.

What many people are missing isn't knowledge.

It's belief.

Belief that they're capable of more than they've allowed themselves to imagine.

I've spent nearly four decades watching what happens when that belief begins to change.

Sometimes it starts with a question.

Sometimes with a conversation.

Sometimes with someone seeing something in us before we can see it ourselves.

That's the work that has always mattered most to me.
